SUNPELCA

SUNPELCA is manufactured by either a single-step or two-step foaming process. The two-step foaming process was developed in-house at the start of the company’s history, in 1966.

The system has been widely patented. The simplicity of the process is one of its main attractions.  Today it remains the foam of choice across a wide range of daily use and demanding industry categories.

Characteristics of SUNPELCA

• Chemically cross-linked, closed-cell type polyethylene foam
